Has anyone worked with and have actually been paid out by Americas Notary PRO. I was contacted by them for a signing back in April through a notary cafe email. I had to look up there information online since I know longer have that specific email looking for contact information regarding this late payment. All attempts have been unanswered and am looking for answers. Thanks
How did they send you documents? Surely you received an email at some point.
@JenniferLynnColdiron650 Sorry to read about your Non-Payment status with this business entity.
Wondering if you Researched this company prior to providing your valuable professional services to them, because there is a LONG history of WARNINGS & NON-PAYMENT, etc. on threads.

correct, I did receive my order from them via email, however I regularly delete emails and could not recover that one, but lucking was able to reference the invoice I made for them which contained the title that was company used. I have reached out to Title to provide me with any contact info they may have for the company they hired since the number provided online does not get answered.
Just a tip: Delete nothing until you’re paid and the check clears.
I can find any deletion. You have to be sure you didn’t set up email to permanently delete email when you delete from the inbox. I respire some if there are issues.
@Arichter Absolutely Correct! ![]()

Ahh sorry this has happened to you. I agree with Arichter. Glad you are in the habit of invoicing the hiring company after you complete the loan signing the loan signing, so you can have always billing & contact info at your fingertips. Smart. Hope they pay you soon!
@JenniferLynnColdiron650 Were you able to locate the details you seek within the Listing Page of threads on this business entity via the direct Notary Cafe url link I previously posted above?

Agreed! This was definitely by accident
My trash folder automatically deletes anything older than three months. I haven’t figured out how to change this setting through my Gmail. I will delete things by accident and not be able to recover. ![]()
I greatly appreciate everyone’s advice and input towards my issue. I was able to contact the Title company to get an email for the Notary Service. I then emailed Americas Notary PRO a copy of my invoice as well as a “paid out” invoice the title company provided for me from their end. I immediately received a phone call from America’s Notary PRO after sending them my email and they showed NO concern to my 3 month late payment, but were very rude and upset with me that I contacted the Title company. ![]()
Overall, they said they would issue me a check on Monday. We shall see ![]()
@JenniferLynnColdiron650
Excellent Research!
Thank You for returning with an update in your progress. Sharing the email address within this thread will be helpful as well.
Hoping you receive the check & that it clears the bank when deposited . . .

You could create a SAVE folder in Gmail and move the emails you want to save in there.
Jennifer, did they finally pay you?
