Have anyone heard of Title Forward?

I received an email from Title Foward looking for contract closers to work with buyers and sellers in the Dallas area. " Charity Slater" is the Recruiter. REDFIN RECRUITER,

Hi I received an email as well from Charity Slater. I was told by a friend of mine who worked for the company “Notarize” that Notarized used redfin.

I am contracted with Title Forward in Colorado. I have seen them looking for notaries in multiple are of Colorado. They are owned by Redfin. I contracted with them a few months ago, but have not received any closings yet. I think they are ramping up a new program. They will even send an iPad once I received my first assignment. Hopefully, they will get things going in Colorado

Thank you for the info. I think I am going to look into it more.

I am in Texas. I am going to look into more. Thanks for your input.

I’ve worked with Title Forward (owned by Redfin) in Virginia - their fees are average and they require $100K E&O. all Purchases. Good to work with and pays timely. Good luck.

They do have to interview you and do a mock closing to approve you.

Thank you for your information. Very helpful.

I checked into this several months ago after being “recruited” by Redfin. I read the entire contract. There are conditions attached to the signings and serious consequences based upon what I read. I have 25 years as a loan officer in the mortgage business and 17 years doing signings. I ran the other direction after reading and asking questions. Investigate completely and thoroughly. Do your research. Beware of this company.

I just got an email from them tonight. And I jumped right in to the forum to inquire. I am so grateful for this forum and for the time everyone takes to help everyone!
