Haven't Received my first signing

“What goes up, must come down.” - Otis

(nobody got this one, eh?)

If you mean the ‘trust level’ on Notary Cafe, that really doesn’t mean anything to an outside title co  You probably are already with Snapdocs, if not, you’ll get notifications from them (just be prepared for low ballers)
Your best bet, IMO, is to walk into your local title companies, in your town. Yes, they have their own closers, but they also frequently need us to go outside of the office and assist.
Good Luck!!

(CA) I work in southern California. I went to the doorstep of some of the title companies recently and I couldn’t find a parking space for all the notaries that got there ahead of me, all lined up with their donuts and flowers.

If one rolls a bowling ball down any street in my region, one will knock over at least 3.5 notaries.

I’m gonna stay with cultivating GNW.

Things are different then here in my town in Ohio  And I didn’t take them anything but my card, LOL. One that lives in my neighborhood contacted me to come help them out. I guess glad I don’t live in a crowded area like you do  And, yes, GNW is the place to focus on for sure during downtimes!

You are so funny!!! :joy:

I apologize for asking but what is GNW stand for?

General Notary Work

Who do you market to in order to get those types of signings? (prenups, etc)

Really great advice, thanks Bobby

I have been out there prospecting Title companies…it as paid off, and i am a newby. You should continue to go out there and introduce yourself to the Title Companies. I have done 3 of 4 direct signings. I am also starting to get notifications for signings from Signing Orders, The Closing Exchange, and Notarygo, as well as general notary assignments. Hang in there it will pay off.
