How do signing services send the documents to notaries?
Usually docs are emailed with PDF attachment(s) for notary to print OR docs in PDF format are uploaded to hiring party’s portal for notary to access and print.

When you accept an order via a service you should get an email that tells you documents are ready to download.
Do i need to have a secured folder to download these docs into?
I don’t think your folder itself needs to be encrypted, but you should have some kind of encryption on your Internet already. I have avast.

From what I’ve seen, signing services email a link or file to the notary, then they do their thing - honestly feels like magic compared to old-school mailing.
