Seeking help on which box to check if any where it says deputy csc etc…. Also, do attach a loose leaf jurat for my stamp? Or not stamp? It’s an Annual Accounting document.
Well, you don’t check any boxes as the “notary” box is already checked.
As for your stamp, is a stamp optional or required in your state? If required, I’d ask signer/hiring party if they will accept a loose cert.
