How is Notarize 24-7 on Payment?

I am disturbed to hear they can take 60 days to pay but don’t want to pay more than $50. I really don’t like that at all but if they do pay, I will continue to work for them since the packages are simple and frequent. Does anyone have a problem with them?

They pay $50 for Chase Helocs, but these are so quick and easy that they are far more profitable than taking a regular refi from them for $85. No printing, 15-30 minutes with the borrower and you’re finished, then just drop off at Fedex. Easy peasy. As long as you can live with a 45-60 day payment cycle, they’re ok to work with. They’re slow, but they do pay.

I’ve been working for them since December of last year they do pay forty-five $50 per Chase HELOC but I normally just takes about 20 to 30 minutes per signing I don’t do the Re-Fi because they want to try to give you sixty-five $85 for the Re-Fi and on top of that sometimes they want you to fax back. they do pay 45 to 60 days out more like 60 days… I get a check about every 2 weeks since I have been working steady.

I have been doing the Chase HELOC loans for them for about 8 months now. They do only pay $50 so I am particular about how far I will drive for that but they are super easy. I have taken a couple of refi’s from them, most recently last week. I agreed to the $75 as long as it was no more than 120 pages. Their agent assured me they were smaller packages. When I got the loan it was 160 pages so I e-mailed them the day of the signing, which is when I got the docs, and told them for a package this size it was an extra fee. They did agree to it.
Sometimes it just takes some negotiating.A lot of times in these packages there is a lot of wasted stuff they want you to print, which I do for the loan package but I pick that stuff out of the borrowers copy. They don’t need the stupid STOP signs and instructions in their copies.
They do take 60 days to pay, slowest company I work for which is the only downfall, but they do pay.

Appreciate this heads up. Thanks! Shari

How do I get signed up with Notary 24-7 to do the helocs? I have worked for Notary 247 which is Stewart title and it says 45 to 60 days on pay so I expected that part. I have done some refis for them with fax backs and it is alot, but it is business when you are getting started. What states do you all work from?

I won’t do the refi pkg either.

I’ve done some in 12 minutes, chase heloc are the easiest thing. This company might take long to pay but they pay. They are really good, nice/great cust service & they call me more than any others. I get $45 chase heloc in the tulsa area & $50 outside of the tulsa area [in tulsa things r so near & where i live it’s a great location 15 minutes to just about anywhere in the tulsa county areas]. For printing they were paying me 65& i asked for$10 more, no problem. I usually charge more but they are good & they give me more work. I don’t mind if it is consistent & simple. Now lately it has been slow.
I’m kind of new, i would like to know how some of you get some many gigs per week. I’m trying to add more companies. It helps to come here & read the comments bc i find out about other good companies & become aware of the bad ones, ect.

I was assigned for a heloc but the borrower did not get their printouts [which btw are always marked where they need to sign very organize 50 pages] so i was told to print it. It was 102 pages …wondering why so much , i didn’t realized they put mine & borrowers copies in the one attachment, dumb, but i had THREE copies, what a waste of paper [good thing i only paid 3some for 500 pgs of legal size]. I asked why they did that ??? They said that’s how chase does it and they did not even advised me. I was in a hurry didn’t even noticed until i got there. …ugh

I used to get a lot of Chase Heloc signings from Notarize 24-7 but it seems like they don’t do them anymore. I’m getting them from Stewart Title Services now. So I’m thinking that maybe Notarize 24-7 lost their contract with Chase?

They send a lot of business. I agree with the others that HELOCs are super quick and easy. The down side is that they sometimes ask for assignments that are quite a distance from me yet still offer low pay. However the upside is that they do indeed pay - which is most important.

I just did one with them yesterday & i’m doing another one next wed.

It’s always your choice whether you accept the assignment at the fee offered. They don’t care how far you have to drive. You can counter their offer, but they’ll only raise it if they can’t find someone to do it at their original offer. That pretty much goes for any signing service. You have a much better chance of them accepting your higher fee if it’s a last minute signing and they don’t have time to look around for a cheaper notary.

Payment is a little slower than other signing companies. Usually between 45-60 days.

I’ve done three signings for them this year, been paid in an average of 28 days, no problems.

They must be improving then…they’re policy has been 45-60 days…but they do pay. You just have to wait longer than you would like.

I have had no issues with them at all. The Chase Helocs are the best! I get paid slightly more because I am so rural, but if all I had to do were the Chase Helocs…I’d be thrilled.

They used to pay $75 for HELOCS. It went from $75 then $60 and then $45. It has been a consistent $45.

They’ve actually improved in their payment time recently. It used to be 45-60 days. Now they seem to be paying in 30-45 days.
