Hi all, I’m an experienced Washington state notary thinking of relocating to the Miami metro area but before I do I thought I should ask local notaries about the volume of work they see in the Miami market as of late. We’ve all heard about how people from everywhere are flocking to FL so it leads me to assume that work must be booming but then again many people also buy and sign remotely, from out of state (I sign a lot of these deals) and that doesn’t help FL notaries. I mostly work with Snapdocs right now and am highly rated. Hopefully that high rate will follow me to FL making work accessible there too if Snapdocs is also used in the Miami metro area.
I also sign commercial loans and other deals so I’m not just limited to purchases or refis. For that reason I was also thinking of marketing myself to law offices in order to diversify my business. If you’re a notary working with attorneys there have you noticed more work. I know with higher population comes more work for existing businesses so I’m assuming there would be more work with attorneys as well.
I would love any feedback on these topics from Miami metro area notaries. Thanks in advance for your comments!
