I’m a notary in Louisiana and recently became a remote online notary and got a certification to become a signing agent. Where did y’all go to get practice? Especially since all of the agencies require a certain amount of signings before they’ll start to give you work. Any help is greatly appreciated!
How do new RONs notaries get real-world experience? Some RON platforms have a mock-session “simulator.” It gives you a practice session so you’re not flubbing everything when you get with real customers. RON providers have training courses that their subscribers can take.
Another thing you could do is contact an experienced RON to mentor you and perform mock sessions. You can try signing up with Proof (formerly known as Notarize), that company provides training and customers.
