Not them, but 9 out of 10 times when they need interior and exterior photos the house is in terrible condition. Please price and plan as if it will be in that condition and consider yourself lucky if it is not.

Having observed that this company appears to be relatively new in the market, I want to share that I possess considerable experience working with similar real estate investing firms. As this is a steadily expanding industry, collaborations have consistently been both financially rewarding and straightforward to manage. I treated those types of companies as general notary work and required payment in advance.

I have done one job for them and yes the house was in pretty bad shape but overall it was not a bad experience. They pay through Zelle, Venmo, or Cashapp but payment was received promptly.
I have done a couple of jobs for them. As others have stated the house can be a mess. Although the two I did for them the properties were in far better shape than some I have done for investorbootz. INS does pay promptly though.
