I could have sworn I saw a thread with names.of several inspection companies, but I cannot find it. Can anyone assist and list Inspection companies here? Thank you ahead of time. PS. I have already signed up on SOFI.us, but that’s not the only thing that has to be done.

Once you’re able to complete your Research, it would be helpful if you could re-visit this thread & post the direct Notary Cafe url to the thread wherein you were able to locate the list. This will make it much easier in the future to locate it. TIA

Metro inspections
metro has a website i do not recall
Typically offers lo fee but if the location is close .its a easy job
