Does anyone have any information on USA Signing Agent?
I usually do not like to pay for signing companies, but they have been sending quite a few to my area.

I do not usually pay to use signing companies, but I have been getting a lot of orders for my area for like $250.00.
I live in Victorville, which is not that big, and things have been slow, but I like to ask before jumping in.

If I understood above post, you’ve been SEEING these offers, but you won’t/can’t accept them until you pay? BBB had something about that, too. Namely, once you pay them, you’ll never see another offer.

IMO, we are the asset these companies utilize to close loans, why would we need to pay? To me it’s a gimmick, don’t fall for it. I maintain a 7k+ month regularly and never have to pay anyone a bogus sign up fee.

It amazes me that scam companies like this can keep doing this for years and never get in trouble over it.
I get emails from them almost daily. I don’t even know if they are a real signing service. They market like crazy to get you to sign up for their service.
