On Dec. 15th, the Rocket Close RON platform crashed again, resulting in the loss of two signing orders for me. I do not anticipate payment from Rocket Close, as both orders were canceled before their scheduled appointment times. However, one of the RON orders was fortunately within the FL counties I service. It was converted to an IPEN order and reassigned to me. While I acknowledge the positive outcome, I want to emphasize that the IPEN assignment demanded more labor hours and involved a total of two-hour in travel time. The earnings from that IPEN order were 3.8 times higher than the original RON fee. It really does payoff by being approved to perform both lines of services, when things doesnât goes as expected.

SighâŠ. all this âsmartâ stuff, really isnât, is it?
@Arichter Yep, expect the unexpectedâŠ.
I had one bounce yesterday as well. It cancelled prior to appointment stating that security questions could not be produced for one of the signers. They switched them to paper but a local notary got the order since I am over three hundred miles away.

@jnewberry thatâs how things happen, when RON has to be changed to a mobile signing. Sometimes it works out for us to transition from RON to a mobile assignment and sometimes it doesnât.
