Has anyone else noticed a change? Typically, RocketClose will email a confirmation (not once, but twice) upon a file being assigned. Then, they’ll also email 2 simultaneous notices that docs are ready.
Yesterday afternoon, I accepted 2 signings. No emailed confirmations. The assignments appear on my mobile app and on their portal, but not emailed confirmations. I accepted another assignment from them this morning with same results. I did call and they don’t know why this lack of emailed confirmation happened.
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this or if it’s just me …
Haven’t had a Rocket in quite a while, but the last one I did for them was messy. (Can’t remember why–just that there were some WTH moments…only 1 I remember is having to either add or swap out some docs.) Seems they are not as on top of things as they used to be. Quality and responsiveness are slipping.
I haven’t had any issues with any of the 100 orders I’ve had from them on the last 2 yrs. Most of my orders were from calls from Amrock/Rocket Close. Not able to catch orders on the app, or they dont send them on the app in my area!
