Signature Closers Notifications

So far I have missed 4 Signature Closers opportunities. 1 came in my email 9 hours after it was due. 2 came within 30 min. and I couldn’t get to the location on time. I’m in Jacksonville, FL and not much is only 5 min. away. The other I just missed. They are only sending them via email. How can I get them to send them via text message?

Do you have the App enabled for text notifications. I too have the same issue with them. Sometimes I get notifications on my app others by emails. I stop trying to figure out when and why.

Yes! That’s the most frustrating part. I can even do a ‘test notification’ and it pops up immediately. Actual signings only come through email though.

I understand your frustration trust me happens to me almost daily

the only time I can get a real notification is when the closing is at the same time as the notification, which means rushing and rushing through traffic…

if the closing is a few hours away get the notification but never can choose it…is $80 the new norm for refis???

must be slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww…

Yes that has happened to me to how to I get the app to sent texts the test text goes but nothing else any ideas?

That has happened to me too. They have only contacted me through email. Not texts. By the time I see the email notification the assignment is gone.

We all have the same struggles with that platform

If a hiring company has a system or a preference to send prospective assignment notifications via email, then that may be the only option. Signature Closers Network | Unauthorized

Their SigningCatch app push notifications are for when you have already accepted an assignment from Signature Closers. So that you can mark when the closing is complete. That’s the way I use it, anyway.

I have gotten a few assignments from them via the app notifications

Interesting! Does this mean you have your appointment calendar synced with theirs so that they can automatically assign to you at their desired rate? Or do you get to negotiate the rate they offer after they put it in your queue?

There are times I get the app notifications then I click it and see the offer. Other times I get emails only…those I don’t even respond to as I have yet to figure out how because when I go to the app nothing shows. If they have a way to auto-assign I would love to know how to make that happen as I have yet to figure out their system. I may just give them a call…

I called them and their automated system is not friendly so I sent them an email asking them about the correct process to respond to email requests. I will let you know what they say.

Hiring companies want to be able to auto assign to a signing agent. This saves the hiring company a great deal of time and money. It makes scheduling easier/faster and they get to skip any negotiation and rate approval process because signing agents must sign an agreement saying they agree to accept whatever price is offered.

I do not sync or permit any hiring company access to my appointment calendar, nor I do not allow auto assignments. Aside from lower rates, a lot can go wrong with auto assignments,
IMHO. Sometimes they have no idea how far a signing appointment is or how long a signing actually takes to complete or to scan and drop, etc. You could be at a signing appointment and another assignment may be assigned to your queue and you aren’t ready. Anyway, my preference is to maintain full control of my calendar and reserve the right to counter any offer.

That said, some signing agents are OK with it. And everyone runs their signing business differently. To each their own :+1:

I don’t mind auto assignments as I live and breathe by my digital calendar. I am on Auto assign with Service Link and so far I have not had any issues

I have had the same issue with Signature Closers. The opportunities are only coming in via email, with the same issues that you mention. The opportunities are late generating and or, when I see them, they do not allow me enough travel time to get there. Mostly, they are gone by the time I can respond. Additionally, their app is extremely slow to buffer and again, I have missed the opportunity. What do we do?
