Happy Sunday Notaries!
Just stopping by to introduce myself, as I am new to this directory, but already loving it!
The site, support, and the Forums are fantastic, everyone is very helpful and professional, and I am looking forward to be a part of this community.
One quick note, just in case anyone will ever come across a need for a Hungarian speaking agent, please feel free to reach out.
Have prosperous days ahead to all!
Welcome, Notary36!
Itâs so great and refreshing to have someone come in and introduce themselves and not have a problem/basic question regarding the industry! As youâre already loving it, sounds like youâve done your research and are familiar with running your own business. The only suggestion I have at this point is: be sure to include in all your profiles that you are fluent in Hungarian. Take it from experience, being fluent in a foreign language is a plus.
Again, welcome and thank you for your positive attitude!
Thank you so much for your kind words, and advice âYolicueâ!
Yes, a 2nd language, although Hungarian is quite rare overall in the US, likely will needed occasionally.
@notary36 Nice to meet You!
One of the most beneficial aspects of the Notary Cafe forum is the database!
There is a GOLDMINE of data immediately available within that database. The information there is very insightful & helpful, too!
Plus, itâs always wise to research & vet a new client prior to providing a definitive confirmation to them for your initial Signing Order [SO] for them. A great start of research would begin within the Notary Cafe forums Search Function.
To be helpful, Iâve inserted an image for you & others [see below] to help members locate it to unlock the wisdom & knowledge of other members on the forums.
Accessing the database to locate info about potential clients has saved many of us an inordinate amount of time âchasingâ payments for Services professionally provided to potential non-payers . . .
Iâll provide some additional professional & insightful (as well as helpful) information via a few separate threads that are already within the Notary Cafe database.
Best Wishes
Thank you very much! I have noticed a lot of your posts already, all being extremely helpful - as many others as well!
To be honest, I did not sign up immediately, but as I have been âwettingâ Signing Agencies by researching their reviews, the Forumâs discussions kept popping up about almost all of them! Which, again, itself is very helpful, so I did sign up as a paying member. The information that is available here is priceless!
