Have you ever gone above and beyond only to read a 3-star review left by the signers? I often wonder if this is actually the signer leaving these reviews. I had only done 1 signing for this company, and the signer seemed very pleased with the service. Not a call or email from the signing service regarding missing information, documents, signatures, or stamps, etc., then they never paid! It blows my mind how unprofessional some of these businesses are.
Lots of people who leave reviews don’t even understand the impact when they leave less than 5 stars. But it’s not up to us, it’s up to them. Why is a company unprofessional if a signer leaves a review you don’t like? I don’t really follow that.
Going above and beyond is something we should be trying to do every time we’re at the table. I think you’re stressing over nothing.

I want to encourage you. Move right along. People can be nasty for no reason at all, or for something that has nothing to do with you. Keep strong and move right along.
