I recently had an experience with a notary form the Phoenix area who called to see if I was available for an assignment she had taken in my area (about 1 1/2 hours ) from her area. I told her I could not assist as I already had a signing at that particular time, and I did not do business with the company she was assigned with. About an hour later she gave me a 1 (one) star rating on my google business account, no reason . I believe this was very unprofessional and retalitory since I could not assist her. What can I do about this? Any others experience this act?
You can reply to the rating as the owner, stating you’ve never worked with that particular person before. Or maybe you can reach out to google, although I don’t think they remove reviews.
