Where do you guys go to get your reviews? I have one company that…it’s hard to explain. The minute you are assigned a signing for them it is total chaos. You are bombarded with small booklets they want you to read which I believe most notaries should be familiar with when they are certified in their state. Next comes the email bomb…text after text after text. By the time I get to the signing I am emotionally exhausted by this company. Inevitably I will make a mistake…not with any of my regular clients but always with this one. I know its mind over matter, but the entire signing feels as if I’m being poked, prodded, harassed, disrespected, micromanaged and overwhelmed with the bombardment. I’m fully aware they have their expectations, but the micromanagement of their signings is borderline ridiculous and unprofessional. If anyone has given me a bad review it would only be this company and I’m wondering how I would find it. Yes, I know and moving forward I doubt I will accept anymore signings with them. It’s not worth the hassle.
Put yourself in their shoes. They’ve dealt with notaries who disregard instructions, make careless errors and don’t communicate well. Those that pay - say. And micromanagement is a result of former notary error. It’s easy enough to delete messages. This strikes me as a you think not a them thing. Sorry, that’s how I see it.
You’ve just learned a very important thing about being a business owner: Not all customers are good. Not all money is worth the hassle.
