Loan Signing Journal Entry - The copies?

CA- Notary here…
When TITLE requests a second copy of the loan signing package to be signed and returned:
When I need to make journal entries for multiple documents for a loan signing, do I also have to make journal entries for the duplicates that Title is requesting. I’ve gone ahead and done line item entires for ALL documents that are notarized to be safe but it would be great to not have to being that they are just duplicates of the exact same thing? I hope that makes sense and someone can enlighten me on this predicament. Thank you!

You nay just make note on the one entry if how many copies.

Up to your state laws…in FL I could probably do “X2” with a note “per title instruction”. On the other hand, in CA you’d have to itemize each one. This is providing the same signers are on both sets.

BTW…my fee would be at least 2.5 times my standard fee for that accommodation. That request, IMO, is just absolutely ridiculous.
