Loan Signing Systems

I remember Mark would sell a class for a thousand to teach you. Now he is sending out an email a day. I believe I read that someone paid and didn’t get any work. I guess that defeats my question of whether he says he gives the entire fee to you. Which I can’t believe, because he wouldn’t make any money.

I have 2 years of signing experience, and I have originated Reverse Mortgages for 19. When its slow like now, I get a bunch of people seeing how low we’ll go; $40. Something complicated might be $85 in Alabama. Any suggestions on who to make sure I’m signed up with?

Make sure you hav $100K E&O. Sign up w Mort Connect, TCX, BancServ, Servicelink. I think you might also get some traction w old republic, and solidify. I assume you are already signed up w Snapdocs and Notary Dash.

Jot. Signature Closers, Signing Order. Notary to Go.

Some of the national title companies when you go to register as a notary with them it takes you to the Signing Order website. So sign up there first.

Hello everyone! Since Jot was mentioned in this thread, I am curious to hear how long it actually takes to get your first offer with Jot. I recently signed up on Jot (and was approved), however, I have not received any offers. I know it’s based on ranking on their platform, however, it’s hard to get ranked if you’re not receiving any offers. Welcoming any advice from others that may have experienced the same with Jot. Thanks!

Depends on where you are as far as how plentiful orders are.
