I am wondering if anyone has counter-offered Mavsign? I have done a couple of signings for them and they are straight forward and easy. I just noticed on paper work that was not supposed to be included that they charge the dealership $215! I am getting paid $70.. Has anyone countered and been given the job?
Yes. When they started their business, it was always a negotiation, even tho’ their original offer was considerably more than it is today.. I still negotiate fee as recently as last week. The dealer fee has increased a bit, too.

@christina Yes, definitely negotiate! 
In my direct experience working with them for a number of years their Fees have decreased over time. The Fee you’ve identified is their current “initial offer” fee.
For their preferred Signing Location, Professional Services, Time, Travel, etc. a Higher Fee is normally required & is easily justified.
NOTE: I will add, though, that sometimes my counter-offer is accepted & sometimes not . . . usually not accepted when there’s a large amount of travel.

FYI: It’s the only business entity I’ve ever accepted Signing Orders from that specifies a Change of the Signing Location will require an Authorized Approval prior to the Appointment.
Have anyone got any signings with them in the last couple of weeks?
@Ladyshay101 In my direct experience this month (April 2025), is that their volume has slowed & have noticed further distances coupled with lower fees being proffered within their bid process . . .
