Mortgage Connect DBA Inspire Closing Services scammed me out of $1,800 dollars of closing fees. As most notaries know that is a lot of closings. Has Mortgage Connect beat you out of money through their scam of INSPIRE CLOSING SERVICES? I am forming a coalition of notaries who want to put a stop to this kind of abuse. If you are interested in joining send your info to mrksduegard@gmail.com all information is confidential. I am working with someone who is very powerful and is willing to take on these companies on our behalf.
Sorry for your losses. I used to work with Inspire and was not happy with their methods, so I quit taking their jobs and dropped them from my feed. I did collect all they owed me, however. Took some effort.
Regarding your coalition, I’d have to know a whole lot more about how you and your powerful ally would be going about taking on the flaky companies. I would remind you and those who are aligning themselves with your plans that lots of eyes view this site and trouble is not far off. Be careful, especially you newbies out there. I’ve been down this road and it starts of kinda muddy and ends up alongside a cliff.
Fairly warned ye be says I.
Are you referring to Mortgage Connect in Pennsylvania?
They never fail to pay me. Every time on time.
I found information that said these are two separate companies operating independently.
What I found suggests Inspire is something else. I would be careful suggesting Mortgage Connect is a scam company. That could be construed as libel - even though I’m not a lawyer and have no idea actually. But I’d be really sure first. I love Mortgage Connect. I’ve never heard of Inspire. Just sayin’.
I have done plenty of assignment for both Mortgage Connect and Inspire Closings. They are what I would call “sister” companies. The run the say platform for their orders, documents, uploads and billing. I complete the invoice at the end of the month and submit. Within 3 weeks, payment is direct deposited. What could be better than that.
Both companies will start with lower bids, but I guess they like my availability and end up paying the fee I request.
It’s the invoicing process you have to follow. If you don’t wait 72 hours to send an invoice, your invoice will be hung up and unpaid and you have to use their invoice template and I’m with you. They pay what I ask. No doubt there are a Notaries who will take less and that’s fine. They’ll learn like we all do

Also concur that need to know much more about those involved & the process . . .
@brucebert While the effort is appreciated, this is a PUBLIC forum & it’s accessible to ANYONE (member or not).
Ergo, it MAY NOT be the optimum location to communicate your efforts, share & care, etc.
