They must have gotten an attorney to review this document after the fact. A notary may not have the right to allow another person to correct or alter an existing notarial act. NNA published this statement: “Never let anyone else correct a certificate you completed. The certificate is your statement about what took place with the notarization you performed. No one else may certify the facts of a notarization you performed. The notarization will be undermined if anyone else changes the information on the certificate.”

And don’t send an extra notarization un-assigned to a document. Had someone request that but I declined to provide that.
