I paid for the full year, but my account is showing 84% complete. I sent a message and left a message for customer service and waiting for a response. I checked all the onboarding and don’t see that I’ve missed anything. How long before I am fully onboarded?

You sure you completed a profile?
Sometimes it just lags on their end, especially after payment clears. If everything looks done on your side, it’s probably a backend thing - annoying, but it usually fixes itself.
