Several months ago I completed a buyer signing for “My Mobile Closers”
I have yet to be paid. Tried multiple times to call with no one answering.
Also sent emails also with no response.
Any suggestions?

Let Title know you’ve not been paid.
Did you check this company before you took the assignment? The Better Business Bureau has many complains.
Thankyou to both who responded.
I spoke with the Escrow Officer this morning and she will be looking into it for me.
I did not check them out prior to accepting the signing.
I haven’t really been experiencing payment issues with the numerous companies I have done singings for, but occasionally (1 or 2 per year) I need to pursue payment, and have always been paid except for two companies that went out of business. This is out of 1,000 signings.
Hopefully getting the Escrow Officer involved will be helpful.
Could you please share the title company and builder? I would recommend that you submit a complaint to the Attorney General if this is in Texas. The charge would be organized scheme to defraud.
The attorney general’s office will either fine or suspend them from conducting business if enough complaints are received. Look at the HUD to see how much was charged for the notary service.
I too completed a signing for My Mobile Closer back in Sep 2025 and they just sent me a check dated Jan 2026. I called and emailed them persistently. Then I called the title company who told me that they are aware of MMC as they’ve received several calls from notaries about not getting paid. I think what worked was that I reported them to the BBB and threatened to sue them in small claims court if I don’t receive a check within 10 business days. You can also go to LinkedIn and send a personal message to the owner. Here is the link to her profile: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kamilee/
Good luck!
