I did a signing for this company back in December 2017 and I’m still wating on payment. Every time I call nobody answers no matter what extension I choose. I sent them a message through Snapdocs and got a reply from Brenda, she is the only one trying to help me but still not enough since I haven’t received payment. I obtained the phone number from the owner Michael Devalk but he never returns my calls either. If you want to work for free this is your company.
I also did a signing for National Preferred Notary and agree BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The last time Brenda Burns emailed me she said that she was frustrated that Accounting was getting back to her regarding my payment. I requested that Snapdocs remove them so that other Notaries don’t fall into the same situation. Very disappointing.
I had the same issue with NPN and not getting paid (I think the real name is National Preferred Notary). I finally got paid 5 months after the signing by threatening the owner Michael Devalk with exposing his unethical business practices on the Ripoff Report. He finally responded to me and I was paid within about 2 weeks. Here is his contaact info… Good luck

I also did a signing for the same company in December 2017. As of today February 28, I still have not receive payment for the signing that I have completed. When I first accept the assignment, I received several emails to confirm that I have contacted the borrowers and received the loan documents. Now when it is time to receive payments, no one answer the telephone phone or respond to my emails. Take my advise, please do not work for this company, unless you like working for free.
Thank you for your reply. I just email Mr. Devalk today. I had already called him but he never answered my messages. Brenda is the only one but she hasn’t reply to my last email. I told Mr. Devalk in my email today that I was going to report him to the Repoff Report and also the Title and Lender companies involved in the transaction I did so they didn’t use his services again but, he still hasn’t get back to me yet. Wish me luck. Just like people get reported to the credit Bereau when they don’t pay their credit cards there should be an institution controlling and regulating these companies when they don’t pay us.
I tried emailing him also, I told him that I was going to report his unethical business on the Ripoff Report but, that did not work for me. He never replied to any of my email. I did report him and his company to the Ripoff Report and I am trying to find a federal institution to report him too. That has to stop. Pretty frustrated looking at all those comments from different notaries that are going through the same now. Again thank you for your reply.
