Need the best RON Platform that's also Economical

I’ve been a notary for over 25 years want to get my feet wet for RON. I’ve passed the test so I just need to figure out what platform to get before I register with the dept of State of Florida.

I use BlueNotary.com. I had use DocVerify and SignX. I found BN to be very user friendly. As for budget, you compare the platform and see which pricing model best fits your budget. Some platform have a free version, but we all know there’s “no such thing as free”. Other Platform has a monthly subscription that has a cost sharing requirements attached. Good luck on your decision.

@dcmartin31 In my direct experience, so far I have chosen to solely provide Remote Online Notarization [RON] services to Title/Escrow Companies [T/ECs] that have their own platform. So, I wouldn’t be able to offer any insights in regard to your query.

However, there is a post by @rparker that is insightful & helpful in regard to your query. Here is the direct url link to it:

All of the info on RON platforms is old. This is the subject of much misinformation and disinformation. I’ve actually created a video from a couple weeks ago where of the lesser known platforms was doing a confidence trick pretending to be doing credential analysis and KBA. They were actually pulling the fake KBA questions from the previous user inputted dialog boxes.

Other platforms are making claims that are not true and the claims only exist for their SEO and/or ability to convert the customer into a sale, the customer often being the notary.

While I do have my own Florida RON platform , it is a private platform and I am unsure if I will ever open it up but currently it’s very limited number of people.

The platform I recommend to people is clearly without a doubt Pactima.

Thanks,

I use Blue Notary. It is easy to employ and straightforward. After comparing pricing of all the approved RON platforms in my state (Oregon), BN was the most cost-effective and provided me the greatest flexibility for billing. Of course, be sure to check with your SOS for which platforms are approved.
