This is my first year as a LSA. I have does refi’s and other types of signings. I received a signing for a “contract-10 pages with e-docs”.
I have been in contact with the agent who advised me that the signing is a HBA. Does “HBA” stand for “home-buyers agreement”?
Also, can anyone please tell me what type of documents I should expect, and if from your past experience will there possible be some that would need to be notarized.
