Non payment equals bad business

I have a question regarding non payment. The signings were done in November and December & payment was due in late January and early February. I completed two signings for Cloud Signings, and all terms were clearly documented in writing, including the extended payment timeline and the requirement that I submit an invoice after the signings were completed. I complied with all of those requirements.
On the date payment was due, no payment was received. When I attempted to follow up, I discovered—via a recorded message—that the company had filed for bankruptcy. I was not notified of this filing in advance, nor was I paid for the completed work.
After reaching out to every available contact and email address I could find, I have come to accept that I may not be paid. Given these circumstances, what would you do in this situation?I have a question regarding the idea of “everything in writing.” I completed two signings for Cloud Signings, and all terms were clearly documented in writing, including the extended payment timeline and the requirement that I submit an invoice after the signings were completed. I complied with all of those requirements.

Never taken a cloud assignment. There are countless threads on the forum discussing their horrible payment practices.

2 signings? What’s that, $100? I suggest moving on and focusing on hooking up with a legitimate hiring service. There are notaries reading this thread right now that would have done those loans for free just for practice.
