I have being trying to get in contact with USA notaries for a signing I did in may and haven’t being paid for it. 3865181611 busy signal and 7027456990 disconnected. I have sent emails no responses for now on I’m doing my research and making list of vendors who don’t pay so I know to never accept a signing from them again.
Let the Title co. know you haven’t been paid. It might not get you paid, but unless you try, you’ll never know. We’re going to see a lot of this in the very near future. Time to dump all but the best SS…and they ALL bear watching closely this year.

Send them a past due invoice, noting the order number, borrower name and date of signing, and the amount due.
At the bottom of the invoice, type CC: (NAME OF ESCROW OFFICER/COMPANY) eff (type in date 7 days later). Example: CC: Jane Doe, Escrow Officer, Some Title Company, eff 7/13/2022.
(In other words, in 1 week you will be sending a copy of that past due invoice to the escrow firm that hired them.)
I rarely have to go beyond a simple past due invoice, but when I do, this approach has never failed.

I dislike all SS, they are definitely crooks. The title co charges the signer between $250- 350 for a mobile notary. The SS only wants to pay $75 for a Refi!!
