I already have done a course with NNA but would it be worth it if I enrolled in a course with Notary2pro or LSS course that would help me learn and expand more.? What you think?
I took LSS with Mark Willis, and I learned enough and felt more secured when I first started accepting offers to do signings⦠good luck in your new endeavor
The thing that I think helps knowledge the most is READ THE FORUMSā¦particularly the older stuff. Thereās more all around good info givenāfreeāthan youāll get from any other training.
And patienceā¦face it, thereās a LOT of experienced SAs out there whoāve been āfavoritesā for a long time because they are a known quantity, so why would a scheduler take a chance with a newbāregardless of how many training courses they took and paid big $ for?
Absolutely right! Everyoneās trial & error being posted here is a good free learning
I recommend NNA, as Iāve received quite a few closings from companies who have searched NNA site at <(https://www.signingagent.com> for a Notary Signing Agent!
After completing the NNA certification process, one can order business cards, etc. Iāve found that I didnāt necessarily learn a lot more, BUT⦠the benefits of earning NNA certification have been substantial. I would put Notary2Pro in the same category as the NNA.
Notary2Pro has a great deal of information available on their site, including a list of companies that have hired Notary2Pro grads. The hiring companies are rated, too! I was recruited and invited to work for a company that usually requires NSAās to have two years of experience⦠I was āfoundā at the NNA online site, SigningAgent.com which invites inquirers to
"Find a Notary Signing Agent
Access thousands of NNA Notary Signing Agents with the qualifications and skills you seek
Search results listed by priority status and randomly sorted within each status:
1. NNA Trained, Certified & Background Screened
2. NNA Certified & Background Screened
3. NNA Background Screened
I would advise you to join the National Notary Association and also to complete the NNA training!
I took the NNA loan signing agent course too. I found myself unprepared and a little disappointed with the training. I felt that their course was outdated. I also thought that I would get a better understanding of each loan package. I also thought I would learn more terminology. I found myself asking the same thing, āShould I sign up for another loan signing agent course?ā Then I found this forum and I couldnāt be anymore happier. I have learned so much from other NSAās. I read through this forum and take notes every extra moment I have to better my business. I recommend you do the same before spending money on another course. There are very wise NSAās on these forum posts. Soak up all their knowledge and you will gain more confidence with your appointments.
Research all three, Notary2Pro, NotaryCoach and LSS. Select the one which resonates most with YOU. Many grads from each are quite satisfied.
I went with Notary2Pro followed by NotaryCoach personally, best decisions Iāve made.
You wonāt necessarily learn anything valuable from the NNA course! DO NOT FORGET the value of having the NNA IMPRIMATUR as a Notary Signing Agent!
