@yvonne1134 @linda1 For the Official Adobe New Build to correct the PDF printing error condition, please reference the direct Adobe url noted in this thread.

For some reason I had no trouble printing this last set of documents. The last set I had to make manual adjustments but I guess there had been an update that wasnât initiated by me that fixed everything. Iâm back to operating normally on my printing procedure. Iâm glad for that because the tweaks were a little annoying.
@abbottirene
Thank You
for the Update.
FYI: Iâd presume that Adobe performed a âbackgroundâ update that included the PDF New Build within it to clear the errors. ![]()

Thanks so much. Really needed this!!!
Talking about this tonight!
The foxit that I see is not free. Itâs a free trial.
and now, with the new Word format, you can open PDFs directly in Word, and the conversion happens automatically | there is no longer any need to use online or paid converters. This was a major change.
Keep looking. Itâs there. I downloaded it last weekend. Go to Foxit.com and look for Products/ Foxit PDF Reader
Itâs there, just didnât see a free version.
Iâm so old, I remember when Adobe had user committees and we helped them make a better product. I wonât be replacing Adobe with anything myself.
It may try to direct you to âFoxit PDF Editorâ, which offers a free trial but is not free. âFoxit PDF Readerâ is free.
And donât forget, those like me who donât have a 2nd trayâŠNotary Rotary has a page splitter. Although I no longer get mixed files, if I did I find it useful. I simply upload doc, once it sorts it gives you how many letter from legal by page number. I write down all letter sections then print 2 sets and rotate printed sets so I know where to enter legal and do the same with legal. Takes a little time but FREE for me its rare. Maybe Escrow via SS is tired of Notaries not following directions to print letter/legal as reqâd??
a bypass tray will work for legal.
@michaeljhooven
Appreciate your clarification regarding the difference between 'Editor" & âReader.â ![]()

Thereâs no such thing as a free lunch, as the saying goes. Their advertisements trick you into thinking youâre getting something for nothing, but you never do. You always pay, one way or the other.
I prefer not to download a new driver unless itâs absolutely required. I will stick with Adobe.
I agreeâŠalways stick to the known quantity. There might be quirks, but at least you know what youâre dealing with.
