Under no circumstances should a reputable notary accept the low ball fee assignments of these shister signing companies. They make up to $300 from the title companies and they sub it out to you for $50. Good luck trying to get paid in 30 days. They don’t answer your phone calls. They won’t respond to your emails. Frauds and scams! You bet they are! Avoid them! I only accept Title Companies!
