I can offer nothing except that is a relatively new RON platform, established in 2019 in Ottawa founded by Moktar Yusuf and Joel Kapongo, now headquartered in Austin, Texas.
Be cautious. Make sure this RON software is compliant with your state’s RON security requirements before using.

I just started doing my RON with them this month. Pretty good so far, but have run into tech glitches with their IDV. Pretty responsive most of the time. I definitely recommend to be fully aware of your state laws as some features offered to make things easy may not be done as your state needs it - like their digital stamp which was not compliant for Colorado.
I appreciated that Pactima does have a free trial period to check out their system. Strange to me as a tech geek how many of these cloud RON software systems don’t give you a trial just a “demo” before demanding your trust and financial investment.
