Do you ever pay to join a signing service? I have some emails from services that say “pay $40 for a year membership”. Are they all supposed to be free? This is our own business and I know that you have put some money out there. Do you ever pay the signing service and then 10x your return with signing jobs? Thanks
Very simply: No.
Their large slice of the financial pie is taken from the total fee charged to the signers by the title/escrow company for each order, which is why certified notary signing agents prefer to work directly with title/escrow companies.
