Power source for mobile notary

I have to buy a new power source for my car. I need it to power up a dual tray printer and computer battery. Price and quality are obviously the most important factors. Which companies and which model do you recommend for a portable power source? I do not want to hook the power source up to my car battery.

This model converter has worked great so far Amazon.com

@Ladyshay101 FYI: The OP is seeking a power source that doesn’t connect to her car battery.

Please correct me if needed . . .

It appears that your suggested converter model hooks up directly to the vehicle battery, correct?

It connects to the cigarette lighter device.

Which is powered by the car battery.

@Ladyshay101 Thank You for your speedy reply! :tada:

As your converter model hooks up directly to the vehicle battery through the cigarette lighter portal, it wouldn’t work for the OP as she doesn’t want it to utilize her vehicle battery.

Thanks for your efforts!

You can buy a portable power source. I have one that is about shoebox size - 500 watts. You can take it Camping or just leave it in your car for extra power source. I also have a cigarette lighter power converter. I use both – but the cigarette lighter is much smaller and lighter - works just as well. You would be surprised – you do not need as much “watt” power as you think. Be catious with keeping the dual tray printer in the car… I ruined a printer with all the bumps on the road. I only keep a scanner in the car now. I have a small hp laserjet 1022 - i take if I think I might need to print.
