Right on Arichter. I, too, am a Broker and see this all the time. Seems only the Title Companies can get away with this.
If you have bought a house and signed at the title company as a borrower you will know.
That’s actually very true when a document has been signed but not being present in front of notary and it doesn’t say anything thing about pre-filing out venue or a notary signature or stamping the document.
