Premier Notary Service

I inquired about my payment for service completed on March 23rd & 26th with amounts expected per accepted agreed upon contracts. The response was a screen shot of their screen showed for $30 less and them asking me to provide their confirmation email.

My response was a screen shot of what the accepted contract of $100 was showing in my Signing Order account AND the saved confirmation email.

Has anyone else had to “prove” what they agreed to with this company?

No probably a glitch in their AI system

Not that sure it’s a glitch. The email says one thing, but when you ‘click’ to ‘accept/decline’, you can ‘see’ more detail, but, unless you screenprt it, you can’t prove that it said, for example, “no scan”…and then the order comes thru with scan required.

We will see what happens, I emailed Signing Order and cc’d the company that hired me with the screenshot in my VenBooks showing the agreed fee of $100. But when I read the confirmation email I did not screenshot what I saw when I clicked the “open”. I may lose the $30 but learned a lesson to screenshot everything for my proof in the future. And I am now cautious of that company. Really sad to have to worry about this kind of dishonesty…

I HATE AI!!! Like the system wasn’t already broken.

You can implement a safty protocol on your end - don’t ever perform the job or schedule it until you have a confirmation of some sort for the fee. I require an email or a confirmation of the job on their portal. If it doesn’t say the correct thing - I don’t do it. Also if you have it - it doesn’t hurt to provdie it. They have so many wheels turning - they might have made a mistake.
