I did a 2 gig Split Signing with Premium Closing Solutions, Inc on Signing Order platform in December 2024. They didn’t pay me for 1 of signing and was paid for the 2nd signing 6 weeks later and was missing $5. I have tried to contact them for days now and no response. I will no longer do any jobs for them till they pay me… Update they finally paid me in E-check after I contacted signing order letting them know what was going on … took 4 days
Have never had an issue with them. Last order was November that got paid about 30 days later in December. Via signing order, their terms are they pay for the previous months closings at the end of the following month. When I did one 11/22/24 it paid on 12/27/24. January’s will pay the last week of February. Sorry that’s been your experience, I find them very reliable.

They have always been good till that Split Signing that I had to do 2 days apart. I have contacted Signing Order to look into it too still no reply.
Signing order won’t do anything except tell you to reach them.
They have their own website and there is a contact us form. Try that.
