Premium Closing Solutions nonpayment

Has anyone else had issues getting paid from this company? Any suggestions on getting them to respond? They do not respond to emails, and I have been waiting for payment from them for 2 months on 3 closings and have more due next month.

I personally don’t have any experience with Premium Closing Solutions. However, I did find the following thread here. Thread gives some email addresses that may help. Premium Closing Solutions, Inc Non-Payment - Signing Service 411 - Notary Cafe Forums

I have never dealt with non-payment from them. When you accept their orders from signing order, they have a calendar there that says when they are going to pay you. I have actually been paid earlier than the calendar indicates. There should also be contact info. if you do an order early in the month it’s usually the end of the following month. Unless it’s a Silk Title order which is on a late pay schedule of 90 days. Look for their phone number. If your closings were for Silk Title then according to the schedule they probably are not late.

I have done 12 signings for them with no problems. Do you know what their terms are? They send a sheet showing there pay periods. They have 4 stars on notary rotary. This was not for you johnsons306 it was for pamela 1928.

They take a while but they do eventually pay.

Look at their payment schedule before making general statements. They are a good company I have never not been paid and companies monitor this forum.

If you look at their pay schedule and believe anything longer than net 30 is unacceptable - don’t work for them.

I take all they send because they are very reliable.

Very good company i like working for them

I did one signing with then in October 2025. They took 59 days to pay.

I have done 17 signings for them with no problems.

Did one yesterday - not worried about payment. It will be either end of March or mid April. But I’ll get paid. What is weird about that order was it was a subcontract for Townsgate. Townsgate will pay on the Friday following next week. But that’s not how PCS will pay. Weird that Townsgate didn’t go direct.

I have worked for premium closing and if the title company is SILK Title, they take 90 days to pay. I do not take any signing for this title company

Not to mention the SILK packages can go over 200 pages easy.

Never had a problem with being paid by PCS. Sometimes they run a little behind but they will pay.
