Just a heads up—I did some work for Professional Notary Service, and honestly? The pay’s awesome, but the customer service is horrible. The owner, Marcy Tiberio, talks to people like they’re dirt. If you ever get an order from her, read EVERYTHING carefully. Worst business owner vibe ever. New York based company. I have thick skin and as a fellow New Yorker I get that things come off a little harsh but wow…I just might have to reconsider orders. In all the years I have been working as a signing agent will literally 99.99% error free I have to say I had to hold my tongue for a second.
Needless to say there wasn’t an error on my end - I contacted her for additional clarification as to the next steps after the signing was completed while on location. She didn’t answer my call or reply to email. An hour later she’s like a saw the missed called and the email… My thought process and why didn’t you reply or call me back.
