What can I possibly be missing? Everything is filled in, everything uploaded. Where can I find out what is missing?

Most sites have a place to add missing stuff. The only thing I see is that MT NNA Cert is missing. I don’t see anywhere to upload it. I’ll keep looking. I’m sure it is there somewhere.
I was stuck at 88% for a while and decided to reach out to admin, They then told me that my bio was too short and to add more info, Ive been at 100% every since then.
