Has anyone USA signing agent? I get repeat emails to sign up for them. It looks like at the bottom of the email. It says they’ve been around since 2006 but I don’t find any information on them.
Anyone hear of PAC signings?

I’ve performed a cursory Search on your behalf and the results show 41 separate threads (in addition to yours) about this particular topic. There is a plethora of data immediately available on the threads within Notary Cafe. 
The overall insight is that it’s just another “money grab” with no positive results.
