REAL SIGNING SOLUTIONS - Snapdocs

Just accepted an assignment from Real Signing Solutions via the Snapdocs platform. Now, I’m checking notary reviews and see a couple of nonpayment entries on Notary Cafe. I’m wondering if any of you have worked for them; if so, what was your experience? Should I return this assignment and decline the assignment? Thank you in advance for your response!

@Kelley It’ll probably be BEST for you to “learn” vicariously instead of via the “School of Hard Knocks” (regarding NON-PAYMENT).

You may not have seen a similar situation that I responded to earlier today on a different business entity, but identical scenario:

Or, utilize the direct experiences of your fellow Notary Cafe members to AVOID the ruse of “Yes, we’ll pay you” by business entities who then subsequently GHOST you . . .

It is your call. But for me, too many red flags. The complaints for non-payment and the fact that they don’t share their PHYSICAL business location on their website would be nonstarters for me.

Their website indicates it is owned by “REAL Enterprises, LLC” and the address on their website returns to “Postal Pros located at 11700 W Charleston Blvd Ste 170, Las Vegas NV is the go-to resource for packing, shipping, printing and business service needs.”
They rent a mailbox in a shipping center, in other words.

Also, a quick search on Nevada Secretary of State website shows Real Solutions LLC was dissolved… so another red flag for me.
