I don’t usually write reviews. On 10/29/25 I did a signing for Real Signing Solutions. This is the first time in over 5 years I have not been paid and lied to. I have contacted them by email, phone and through SnapDocs. I was told by Chris Andries that the check was going in the mail on Feb.18, 2026. I have still not received payment. I see that there are several non payment reviews. I wish we had more time to check before accepting signings. Hopefuuly this review will save someone time and money.
I always check recent reviews on SnapDocs or notary groups before accepting a signing now - learned the hard way that some companies drag payments for months.
@deborahalliano For future reference … Please be aware that even if you’re rushed to accept a signing, you can (and should) always research the hiring party and if you find them to be dubious or less than credit-worthy, ALWAYS turn that assignment back. There’s no reason you should extend your time, services, supplies, etc. to someone who more than likely will not pay.
Just to follow up with my experience with Real Signing solutions and Chris Andries aka Real Enterprise LLC.
I did finally receive compensation 181 days post closing after blasting him on Snapdocs chat.
He then has the audacity to inform me that I have been removed from his Notary list! There just seems to be something demented about that statement.
So after providing high-level customer service to his client, no errors, scanbacks uploaded promptly, documents were sent back and received by the Title Company, the next business day, etc. I am placed on his do not contact list for holding him accountable to HIS contractual agreement to compensate me!?!?
Given he has such “amazing” business practices, I am placing his contact info below. Typically these owners dissolve their current signing company and then reopen a new company under a different business name, attempting to hide their fraudulent history.

He does not have a Better Business Bureau page, and his website has been recently deleted.
Hope this helps.
LOL Wait did he think he was not on your DO NOT WORK FOR list. Some people!
I’ve kind of decided that I’m no longer going to take signings from companies that I’m not familiar with or don’t have confidence in their payment patterns. It’s just too risky. I’m talking about ciompanies that I’ll get a random text blast or email from. I’ve done a few jobs for Real Signing Solutions. I’ve always gotten paid, though if I recall correctly, it’s in the 30-60 day range.
I learned from my bookkeeping service that I’ll never collect on a couple of payouts. Notary Rotary used to have a list, where we could check on signing companys, but they’ve stopped doing it.
Notary Rotary still has Signing Central. You just have to be logged in to access it. Just be aware … info may not be very current. Many NSAs don’t remember to/care to update the various hiring entities with their real world experience.
