Recently accepted an signing order with a signing service. Received the documents today, saw it had a quitclaim deed and three signers. Did this representative forget to mention those specific details? In Florida, quitclaim deeds require two creditable witnesses. I don’t understand why she did not mentioning anything about a third signer. So I had to call the hiring company back to review my concerns. I was told the third signer had already signed the required documents and to ignore the documents that had the individual’s name. Asked me to hire two witnesses. Recently these companies are just getting sloppy with their orders. I just had an order that I had to make a second trip, because one of the signers name was left off the documents. No biggie, company had to pay a full fee to me. Apparently sometimes sloppiness pays well, only when it’s the companies fault.
