For anything that purchase E&O with the NNA - have you ever renewed it? I renewed my course but do not see how to renew the E&O. Since I bought it at a later date the renewal is not due until this May. Can I renew this or do I have to purchase new with the NNA?

I normally renew my e&o with nna. Like you, my time to retake the signing agent test and background check again wasn’t the same time frame as my e&o. You have to purchase that separately from your test and yearly background check. Hope this helps.
Berkshire has a $1,000,000 policy, Just go with that instead. Title companies will give you high net worth clients & more signings with higher coverage. Just my two cents…

Hmmmm not sure this is 100% accurate. I don’t think title companies assign signings by who has the highest E&O insurance but someone else chime in if i am wrong…
I get signings because I add value & excellent customer service to all closings. My title officer gives me the high net worth clients. Here in Colorado some title companies refuse to work with you if your E&O does not match market values. If you have $100k insurance it wont cover a mistake. Most houses here in Colorado cost over 500k
