Have anyone experienced long wait times for payment? I did a signing in July and I still have not received payment. I have sent several emails and left voicemails as well. I have not gotten any responses at all.

Just received a request from Brothers Bilingual Notaries out of Arizona. Anyone ever hear of them? Have any experience with them?

SCAM: Bilingual Brothers - Cant get paid

I did a signing with Bilingual Brothers Notary, it wasn’t a big job but close to me for $80. This was the 31st of March, We are now in June. I have contacted them with 2 emails, 2 VM the accounting dept goes strait to VM, called and chose a different option just to speak to someone, I have spoke to 2 people stating they will look into it and I have never gotten a call back or a response of any kind. I had that happen to me. Here are the steps I was told to take and it worked. You need to contact the title company who used the signing service that contracted with you. If they refuse to help, let them know you holding them responsible. If they refuse to get the service to pay or to pay you, send 3 emails with a copy of the invoices attached marked PAST DUE, spaced about a week or two apart requesting payment with the warning that unless payment is made, you will be taking further action…

Contact the lender/escrow/title company that used Bilingual Bros. and tell them you haven’t been paid. Since title were the ones that paid BB, they would want you to be paid. Enough complaints and title will quit using BB and they’ll be out of business. I think that’s how it would work.

Bilingual is the only non-payor I’ve ever had. They paid me $50 on a $100 job.

Bilingual Brothers is a scam. Their terms say net 30 but it is now over 2 months and they won’t respond to emails or voice messages. Please BEWARE !!!

WARNING SCAM!!! Did a signing back in July. I felt strange during the whole signing as the daughter was trying to scam her father’s home from underneath him. Claiming that he needs a POA and he’s losing his memory. I spoke with the father and he was very sharp. Told the daughter that i will not be able to complete the singing as the father started he doesn’t want to complete this without a lawyer present. The daughter was still trying to push the issue with texting me and call me to come back and complete the order. Reached out to Bilingual Brothers Notary about the situation and was told that they can still pay me for thr trip of $45. Its now September nothing..ive send multiple emails, texts, and voicemails nothing.
