Brothers Bilingual : Signing Service

This is my first complaint about a signing company, I have been notary for 5 years and this is the craziest experience I’ve had. I did my first signing for BROTHERS BILINGUAL and it took six requests to get paid. I figured if was a fluke since everyone was so nice. I completed a second signing for them, now Ive requested my payment a TOTAL OF 19 TIMES. At first they gave me the run around (on monday, its a holiday, next week, let me talk to management, now they just dont reply) DO NOT COMPLETE SIGNINGS FOR THEM SINCE THIS IS THEIR OPERATING STRATEGY.

I have a question. When did you do the second signing?

Hi there, I completed the second signing in October 2024, I waited 60 days before I started requesting it. They’ve asked me for my venmo and sen nothing, then requests later they asked me for my Zelle, sent nothing. It’s really crazy they just dont plan on paying for work completed.

My suggestion to all NSAs is to vet all companies who request your services. Brothers Bilingual has a poor reputation (slow/no pay) here on Notary Cafe and on Notary Rotary. If you see others have had issues with them, don’t think you’re special and will encounter no issues. All NSAs are fair game to those companies.

Sorry you’re experiencing this deadbeat. Have you tried contacting the title company involved and see if they’ll help you collect?

Good luck!

You are so right, reputation is clear. Title! Thats actually a great idea, not sure if I still have that info but I will look into it, thank you for the tip!

You are not the only one to complain about getting paid by this company.
If you do a search in this Notary Cafe forum, you will see more.

I did a job for them in July 2024 and have never been paid but continue to contact them. will try contacting the title company at the advice of others.

@skywalktrace & @Monica Sorry to read about the non-payment situations with this business entity.
