Please Advise If scan back package is bigger then the 25 Mb , If we compress then quality of the documents is not so good. So can i split the scan documents file in two parts and send to them . Is it acceptable to Title / Lender ? .
Yes it is acceptable.
Your scanner software that can adjust to 150 dpi will help you!!!

I split them into 2 packages. As a courtesy, I name them "(client or order#) 1, (client or order#) 2, then in the email body note that I am sending 2 files.

Splitting into multiple files is fine
Ask the hiring Title Cimpany but it should be fine 
I say no thank you to scan/fax backs unless they have a good reason for needing them, like a quick close or just one or two docs. I find it insulting, time consuming and a lot more work.
I use Acrobat Adobe DC. It has an option to “enhance scans” and that decreases the size.
